Sleep is when your brain processes everything you learned during the day. It’s when complex problems get solved subconsciously. It’s when your coding skills actually improve.
The Sleep Experiment
I tracked my sleep quality and coding performance for 30 days. The
results were clear: 7-8 hours of quality sleep = better code, fewer
bugs, and faster problem-solving.

The Debugging Difference
When I'm well-rested, I can spot bugs in seconds that would take me
hours when I'm tired. My brain is sharper, my logic is clearer, and my
patience is infinite.
The Sleep Routine
I now have a strict sleep routine: no screens 1 hour before bed,
consistent bedtime, and 8 hours minimum. My coding has never been
better, and my stress has never been lower.
